You will receive four attunements throughout the day.
A fully comprehensive manual is supplied which covers all that is taught on the day, plus lots more.
It is important to understand that Reiki training is energy based. What you experience, or not, comes all down to where you are energetically and spiritual. Reiki is a spiritual discipline. It can change your life if you are willing to put the time into investing into your own journey. There is no short cut. What you put in – you get out.
Reiki Style & Lineage
Reiki level 1 is a one day course, and is based on the western style teachings of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki
Ongoing Support & Advice
The role of a Reiki teacher is very important to me. I want to be a part of your Reiki journey and not just at the beginning of it.
I do that by offering on going workshops, Reiki shares and practice groups.
Energy (Ki) is something that cannot really be understood until you have experienced it.
What you do experience depends how attuned and aware of energy you are. Everybody is unique, and on their own journey.
To receive your certificate, you need to hand in a copy of your 21 days journal.
About me
My journey to be my authentic self and living my soul's mission started in 2002.
At that time I was at my lowest. I was totally lost and did not know who I was, nor where I was heading.
Reiki found me and I took a baby step onto the path of self-discovery and deep healing.
Over the years I have explored differnet healing methods and paths to find my voice, my essence and to be my authentic self.
During this time I rebirthed myseld. Transformed my life and the way I live every day.
It was a long journey, with many ups and downs. I went throught the night of the dark soul, and came out the other side a very different woman. I learned that who I thought I had to be was not in alignment in who I was.
Now I am at my best, doing the best I can do. I just be. Not doing - just be.
