To “just be”, what does that mean you may ask?
How does this “just be” work in everyday life?
A life that is filled with have to, must do and have to.
When you are starting to see beyond what is in front of you.
When you are ready to awaken to your true nature, you find many paths – leading to the same.
From Yoga, Tai Chi to Reiki, many religions, also lead the way.
All the above are part of the path – not the true narrow path to your truth.
So how does “just be” fit in?
This will be different for each one of you.
Every person is an individual, is unique, and is the one version.
The path is the same for everyone, but the journey along is uniquely yours.
To “just be” is to be aware.
Be aware of the thoughts, emotions, and beliefs you hold.
Consciously and sub-consciously.
To “just be” means to be fully present and aware of the energies within and outside of you.
You are one with your breath, listening to the energy field around you with all your senses.
Think of it this way: When you go for a long walk through the woods or along the beach, you can feel the tension in your body and stress in your mind leaving your body. Your mood improves, your breathing increases, and you feel better.
That is because you are in the energy field of nature – which is the greatest healer.
You are out in the elements, away from the huge amount of technology you have filled your home, town, and city with.
To “just be” means to breathe deeply, being fully present in the here and now – aware of the energy within and outside of you.
