January Newsletter

January 2023 Newsletter

I trust that you had a wonderful Christmas and a happy New Year.

This year is vibrating with the Universal number 7. This means this year is all about your own spiritual growth and development. It also carries the vibration of intuition, compassion, and creativity. What does that mean? 2022 was the midpoint between the great cosmic moment and the beginning of the area of Aquarius. 21.12.2012 – 21.12.2022 – 21.12.2032.

The first ten years were the breaking down of the old matrix and now we are rebuilding.  Here in the UK the NHS is the prime example of the destruction of the old, with many more institutions going through the same. Covid-19 was showing the masses that there is another way to make a living, forcing many to evaluate their lives. And making the choice to change their lives.

What is happening is that everyday more and more people waking up and starting to reclaim their powers. Starting to discover who they are, and who they are not!

Holistic Therapies, Esoteric teachings and the path of spiritual growth and personal development are coming more and more into people’s everyday life. You even see it in the movies. Avatar, Collateral Beauty, The purpose of a dog. And many more. The value of inner peace and connecting within and with nature is now in the mainstream, finally. This is the transition period we are finding ourselves in. This year is all about living with an open heart, feeding the soul, and doing more of that which brings you joy and happiness. A daily meditation practice helps you to connect within, checking in with soul. The issue many people encounter is that they are totally disconnected within themselves.

The feeling of being lost, confused, and depressed is often coming from this place. Meditating, and walking in nature. Less doing and more of just being. Feeling gratitude while having a nice meal, seeing the sunrise or sunset, smiling of just being alive. Letting go of stress and worry, if only for ten minutes here and there.

Since Autumn I am hosting the Sacred Luna Circle, via zoom. It is an event that follows the path of the moon, and the Wheel of the Year. It is a guided meditation with some info on the current energies and a mini-Oracle card message for each person who attends. You need to contact me directly, anja@crystalrosetemple.com or via Facebook if you want to partake. It’s free. Other events and workshops you find on my website www.crystalrosetemple.com. I have a Facebook group called Enchanted Aurora, many of my events are posted on the page, or my business profile, link is on my website.

AI versus human genius Starting out as a writer in a world that celebrates AI How do we, as creators, handle the arrival of AI? Dear you, Have you wondered if this is all worth it, given the doom and gloom we are apparently facing as creators? Is AI taking over the art world and the craft of weaving words into stories? Is AI taking over storytelling? When I saw the movie I, Robot, I thought the future was not that far away. The ending was quite amusing and chilling. Alas, it is here. It undermines human genius and makes thousands of writers and artists homeless! Does it? Is that the truth? I firmly believe that AI, as advanced as it may be, still depends on human ingenuity for its very existence. It's not the creator of the art and the story; it's merely a tool in our hands. Which begs the question, who is the creator of the art and the story created? Using AI to find a quick answer, “Google it” comes to mind. Or writing an outline of a workshop and perhaps the contents as copywriting. But true storytelling, true art? No, it can not and will not ever do it. Why? It has no Soul, no heart, no real-life experience. In short, it has no consciousness or emotions. It can be programmed to mimic those, but that is a lie. And believe me or not, you know the difference. I am what can be called an energy worker, mainly Reiki, and I sense auras and emotions and see beyond the surface. I See You. We all do that to a different degree. You know when something feels off. You know whether AI has done the work or not. And remember, a human is currently writing the code and putting the information into AI. AI can be a helpful asset. But it will never replace the human connection. Remember when the e-reader first appeared, and the bookshops and the whole industry suffered? But the pendulum is swinging the other way. People are rediscovering the joy of holding a proper book, feeling the weight of the paper, and vellichor. It's a connection that can't be replicated with an e-book. Why? I enjoy the weight of the book, the feel of the paper, and the vellichor entering my nose. The feeling I have when I walk into a bookshop, old or new. Or visiting my local library. Another reason I like a proper book is that I can earmark it without any issue. And you can buy some nice ones. For me, it is about connection. When I hold a book in my hands, I am connected to the writer; I don’t have that as profoundly with an e-book. Never mind the staff I get to talk to; you speak to no one when you buy an e-book. Click, click, and click. All done. You don’t need to get off the sofa to do so! The glare from the screen strains my eyes. After writing this letter, which took me nearly two hours, I need to get away from the laptop screen. An e-reader's advantage is that it is light and can be adjusted to fit the font size, which was terrific for my late mother-in-law. Moving over to art, I create “Celestial Portals of Light.” It is channelled, meaning it comes to me during a meditation, and my art acts like a gateway. The pieces are perfect as a meditation focal point or to enhance the flow of energy in a room. No AI can ever replicate the unique, soulful art from a human creator. Digital art is not the same as AI, but I can tell when something has been done using either. Digital art is a medium and a tool for expression. In contrast, AI-generated art is created entirely by a machine, lacking the human touch and imperfections that make art unique. One easy giveaway that it was done without the human genius is that it is too perfect. No flaws. Of course, one aims for perfection and is never satisfied. Perfection can be paralysing and can stop us from doing and sharing our work. It is perfect in its imperfection. Strive for perfection by all means, but be comfortable that it won't reach everyone's vision of perfection. I do my best in everything I do, which must be enough. What I am saying is that I don’t fear AI. I know that I am better than a machine, and that is what it is, in the end—a machine. It is here to support us—nothing more, nothing less. Thank you for reading my musings and ponderings. I am off to the bookshop! Much love Anja xx

When life gives you lemons, make lemonade. When the “darkness” tries to run the show called life. I didn’t plan to write an essay this morning. My plan was to focus on writing the third workshop manual before I ran the workshop. So many items on today’s to-do list. However, the need to write this letter takes precedence. Something nudges me to sit down right now and start writing. I read someone else's letter, and I deeply resonated with their words. I, too, am intimately familiar with the darkness, the despair, the days spent hiding under the duvet, and the lack of motivation to do anything. Depression. It's a condition that affects over 80% of the UK population to varying degrees. Some get medical help and it works for them, others don’t bother seeking medical help. That is the group I fall into. I didn’t know I was suffering from depression. Everything was seen negatively. I was escaping into the world of books, movies and binge-watching TV. The funny thing is that I work as a holistic therapist, a professional who focuses on treating the whole person, including their physical, mental, and emotional well-being! Shouldn’t I have seen it? And why was I feeling the way I was? It was the inability to accept what is and wish for things to be different. In my case, it is my holistic business. For the last six years, I have worked hard to make it work, apart from the times when the “darkness” controlled my actions or inaction. And here comes Anja, the full-time writer. Will this endeavour be more successful? Is this in alignment with who I am and want to be? What does it mean to be full time writer? What type of writer shall I be? Or aspire to be? I measure my happiness in how successful I am. In my case, it does come down to the financial aspect. Without clients/students, I have no income. No income means I have to find a job. Finding a job that feels right, at my age, is not a walk in the park. Being German and living in the UK since 1992 is not helpful. My CV is very unorthodox—again, not very helpful. Why am I sharing this? I am not writing to gain pity but to share that I am a middle-aged woman starting over and doing something I truly enjoy, and the challenges I am facing. “Life happens for me, not to me”. I try to live by this mantra, reminding myself that even the most difficult moments can be opportunities for growth and learning. But there are days I am ready to punch fate on the nose. Accepting that I have a terrible day helps. Reminding myself that this, too, shall pass. The impermanence of life. Like the waxing and waning of the moon, life is fluid. When I observe what is going on, when I notice I am on a downward spiral, I can change that. “All suffering comes from the mind” – Buddha. I know my current situation; I allow myself to be worried and scared. At the same time, I take steps to change course—inspired and aligned steps, like writing this and sharing it. Surely, I am not alone in my struggle to live in alignment and be financially secure. I want to share the difficulty of transitioning from darkness to light. It's not easy, but it's one that's filled with hope and the potential for transformation. The duality of this reality is the dance between the two. How do you know the light if you do not know the darkness? How can I serve others if I did not struggle, didn’t look the abyss in the eye? I have been saying from the beginning that I walk my talk. No wonder I have this challenge. But this situation enables me to teach from a place of wisdom, understanding, and, most importantly, empathy. The difference between teaching knowledge and wisdom. Wisdom is the embodiment of knowledge. To live my dream life, which I do, the most crucial aspect is to do it. Show up and write, or create art, but show up. Show up on the dark days, perhaps write even more on those days. Thank you for reading. I hope you enjoyed my musings and ponderings. Much love Anja xx

The Moon, Friend or Foe? How the power of the moon holds sway over us. This week, we were invited to write about “Moon.” It still amazes me that one word can trigger many topics. Moon opens the door to poetry, to write a mystical, horror, or love story. Or I can meander down the path and share the power the Moon once held. Before electricity and modern life drove a wedge between what was natural and what was not. In pursuit of success, getting rich quick or working oneself to the bone, we lost our connection to nature and within. We are facing a society that cannibalises itself. And yet it is so easy to step out of the collective mindset and reclaim one's true nature. The pandemic has forced many to look within, finding a better way of being and living harmoniously. And that is the key to being happy. Everything needs to be in balance. Dancing like the moon, expanding and coming back to center, the moon's phases teach us to follow the natural rhythm of life, the seasons, and the climate you live in. The moon's power is in command of tides. That's powerful; the rock out of space can do that! The full moon's light invites many a sentence, opening to a story. Storytelling is an art form that is less in demand now. Yet not so long ago, it was the way to pass down wisdom and teachings and spend time together. When the old told the young the way of the world. Luna's silver light bathes all in a soft and sometimes mystical light, where she shows what is hidden. I invite you to camp under the illuminated sky of a full moon. You may be pleasantly surprised to learn how many animals feel safe now to go about their lives. With the humans taken into their beds, the wildlife can now breathe. I enjoy the softness of her energy, Luna as the symbol of divine feminine energy—the dreamer, supporter and nourisher. Softly is the way she moves. Her strength lies in her resilience, like a tree that bends and sways when the gales are howling through the glen. She bends, twists, flexes, and afterwards stands tall and proud in her power. Having survived another battle. The mystics referred to her energy when casting spells, and the old farmers knew when to plant and harvest, using Luna's passage as their guide. I speak of a time when we had 13 zodiac signs and 13 full moons to govern life. While writing, I can see her hanging over the neighbour's roof. It's not long now, and she is full. Now we use the power of Luna to release all that no longer serves us, and set the intention for the new to arrive. What is ready to be released under this month's Full Moon? What in my life is now ready to be released? What is still hiding in my subconscious, eagerly waiting to derail me again? As an energy worker, I sense her energy emanating—the waning and waxing and the in-between. Sleep evades me when she is in all her glory. I have a restless night filled with many dreams, inspiring more rhyming and writing and fertilising the ground with wild imaginations. You can not be a great storyteller if you have no open mind. Not willing to dream, to believe in the make-believe. The moon often plays a role in the story. As a child, I watched a live performance in the theatre of Peterchens Mondfahrt, Peter’s Journey to the Moon. I also recall a children's song about the moon. The lyrics have escaped me, but the melody remains. While living in Cumbria along the West Coast, I walked our dog Jake in the dark. On that clear night, the moon was full and so bright I didn’t need the torch. And it was still. A Snowy owl glided past my left side. What an experience that was. The owl was so close when it passed that I saw all the feathers, and the owl went along without a sound. Sometimes I would meditate outside, bathing in her light. Stargazing comes to mind, which reminds me that not so long ago, ships that sailed around the world used the sky to find their way home. When was the last time you spent time outside and danced in the light of the moon? Moon bathing instead of sunbathing? Much love and many blessings Anja xx

Inner Peace – Always Out of Reach? Why cultivating inner peace leads to living a balanced life. Inner peace – what does that even mean? Does that mean all my confusion is over? What is it, and where do I find it? For me, it means to let go of expectations. On how I think life should be. Surrendering the ego mind. Inner peace is rooted in acceptance. It's about embracing the present moment, with all its challenges and joys, and understanding that this acceptance is a catalyst for personal growth. Another key to inner peace is taking responsibility for my life. It's about acknowledging that I have the power to shape my reality. This realization is not just liberating, it's empowering, as it puts the reins of my life firmly in my hands. My current situation is a challenging time for me. It is testing my trust, faith and belief in myself. And I take full responsibility for how I got myself into this position. And being at peace with it. How do I get myself out of it? Here, acceptance plays a crucial role. It's not about resigning to my fate, but about acknowledging the reality and finding the strength to deal with it. This acceptance is a powerful tool in my journey towards inner peace. And what is the current reality? Right at this moment. This is where the power of staying present comes in. It's not about dwelling on the past or worrying about the future, but about fully engaging with the present moment. Am I worrying again about one possible future scenario? The future is constantly in flux. What I obsessively think about will manifest. Keeping my thoughts positive, seeing them for what they are. Showing up every day and being of service is what matters. I am not saying this is easy—the message here is to stay focused. I'm not getting pulled into a different timeline. I am grateful for the Reiki precepts, as they have been of great help to me. “For today only, Do not anger Do not worry Be humble Be honest in your work Be compassionate to yourself and others”. Meditating with them and embodying the teachings helps me to be present and grounded and not dwell on the ifs or shoulds. It is what it is. Everything is temporary. This, too, shall pass. Transitioning into a new version of myself is part of the journey. Letting go of all that which no longer serves is liberating and inspiring, empowering me to grow personally. It is liberating and scary at the same time.

Creating and co-creating If you had asked me a few years ago to write about co-creation, I would have struggled. To understand what this means and how it aligns with my take on reality. Now I can say yes to this invitation to share what co-creation means. Well, my understanding of what it means to me and how I apply this in my daily life. My journey of self-discovery, which began many years ago, has recently led me to a profound understanding of co-creation. I am now actively co-creating a life that resonates with my true self. This process, which once felt unnatural, now flows effortlessly, like a dance with the universe. I recently wrote an extended essay on the topic of purpose. The purpose of life. Leading to living my purpose full-time. First, I had to understand my purpose. What drives the need to write, to paint, and to engage in the healing and teaching of various modalities? What is the common thread? You see, you have to work this out for yourself. If someone had told me, I wouldn’t have seen the bigger picture. Now I know what my purpose is, and at the same time, not getting attached to the label. Now this blog is about co-creating. To me, it means I am writing from the heart. When I write from the heart, the words spill like magic onto the page. I notice this when I write content, as well as when I write for Bliss and Lemons. Both have a purpose, yes, and I enjoy doing both. But I do notice a difference in the flow of energy within me. Bliss and Lemons write themselves, whereby writing content engages my brain. Co-creating Bliss and Lemons with something outside of me. The power, presence, or influence of the Soul, Spirit, or Grace. And co-creating with Grace is what life is all about. When you find yourself in the flow state and time flies, with no thinking or plotting taking place, that is co-creating with the Divine. The moment we sit in stillness, placing our hands over our hearts, we can feel an energy shift. When we focus on our heart and breath, we return to our body, to the present, and the presence of something greater than ourselves. Co-creating is being in alignment with all that is. It is when the ego mind takes a step back, and we are coming from the heart. Heart, Soul, Spirit – it's all the same to me. If it is true that we are carrying the spark of the Divine within us, that we are the Divine in a physical body, then it stands to reason that we can create. Creating a new and better world. You may become angry reading this and thinking about the current state of the world, including wars, hunger, and greed. But if you could see the potential in this. Forgiveness, sharing, and helping each other. Working together, not against each other. The disaster brings people together. Also, keep in mind that we are still operating from a 3D mindset. We are still living in a duality. How would you recognise love if you don’t know hate? How would you know joy if you don’t know despair? How would you know peace if you do not know war? To achieve peace on Earth, you must first have peace within yourself. To experience unconditional love, you must be able to love yourself on that same level. What you think about, you create. Everything is energy, and all is interconnected. Until you can see the spirit within yourself – and in your fellow human, you will experience separation. I am not saying that this is easy. However, the day when each person does the inner work, this world will change. That is what co-creation can do. Not just the co-creation between me and my soul. I believe that it was somehow measured, the heartbeat of our planet. On World Peace Prayer Day, when thousands of people come together to pray for peace, the heartbeat changes. When I meditate on my own, it's fantastic – but with a group of people, it's even better. Coming back to co-creating, my art is channelled. Which means the art manifesting on the canvas is coming from somewhere else. The poetry I write is coming from the same place. Bliss and Lemons are the result of co-creation, and the content writing I do is primarily my own. That is my understanding of co-creation. I hope you have enjoyed reading my blog. Much love Anja xx

The reason for being here. Searching for the purpose of existence, as in Hector in pursuit of happiness. The why. Why am I here? What is my purpose? Surely, there has to be more to life than working from 9 – 5, day in and day out. Only living for the weekend. But even the weekends are for shopping, housework, and, if you're lucky, going out for a few hours. As a parent, you have even less time for yourself, extracurricular activities for the kids, from football practice to ballet lessons. And that is it? Is that the purpose of life? Cultivating awareness and starting to practice self-love, self-compassion, and self-worth. But. The guilt of “me” time. To be able just to be. Or write and read, anything that sings to the heart will do. Finding my purpose, my reason for being here. You may resonate with this all. The biggest question of all times? What is my purpose in this life? I have read many self-help books in search of my purpose. Learning many healing modalities. Daily meditation practice and still no dice. My purpose must be something life-altering, something big and amazing. Where is it hiding? What does it look like, feel like? Come on already – show yourself!! That's what you're searching for; you already are. What if the purpose of life was in plain view? What if that was true? The purpose of life is in the remembering of who I am, of who you are. The purpose of life is to be authentic, honest, kind, compassionate, forgiving, and in service to the Soul – and thereby to Grace. That unconditional love is our true nature. Conditioned out of us from an early age. That is the Karma, dogma passed down through the ancestral line – epigenetics. That all one needs to find purpose and meaning in life is to help each other. The teachings of Christ, Buddha, and many others all pointed to this. We must remember that living on Earth is a school for our Soul to grow and evolve, for Grace to experience all that there is. The inner call, the endless need to find the answer to the question 'Why Am I Here?' and the pursuit of purpose in life, is all about connecting to my soul and living a life that is in alignment. But how does that work in this 3D reality? Where bills need to be paid, food needs to be bought, and children need to be raised? Living my full-time purpose, how do you do that? Because we have such diverse life experiences, a single answer will not suit everyone. Our uniqueness sets us apart, and yet underneath, we are all the same. The one who converts power over others is often driven by fear; the need to control stems from fear, and sticking to the familiar path, whether conscious or subconscious, keeps things as they are. Growing out of that mindset and doing the inner work, the shadow work, inner child healing and ancestral lineage healing releases the false belief ingrained over generations. The liberation that followed can be mind-blowing. Personal development and spiritual growth does that. It will change you from the inside out. Transforming your life. It most certainly changed mine. I was everything to everyone, and in the process, I lost who I am. The midlife crises – empty nest syndrome, health crises, and emotional shock. All that was leading to wake up and start searching for the reason why I am here, and that can't be it! This grind of 9-5. Have I found my purpose? Indeed, I have. However, my journey is different to yours. I can tell you yet that would be wrong of me to do so. I can tell you how I did it, pointing the way, The first step is to be aware of the thoughts running our life. To question whether the thought or belief is true. Often, what we think is right is an opinion passed down from our parents. Question everything. Is this true? And how do I know that it is? Learning to observe the mind's endless chatter and learning to pay attention when something is shifting. When energy starts to move. For example, when you watch a movie and it has a sad moment, you feel miserable and tears come. This is energy. Every thought has an energy attached to it. With practice, you learn to sense when it rises and you allow it to be. Nothing to do, no label, no need to know the why. Just let it be. That is awareness of energy moving through the body. Sitting in stillness enables us to observe our mind, our body and the energy surrounding us. This practice becomes so ingrained that we can do this at all times. The moment I feel a change in energy, I take note. I observe. When I notice that I'm getting embroiled in the outside world, I stop and focus on my breath, bringing the energy back to myself. This is being present, being in the here and now. That is the purpose of life: to be present, open and living from an open heart. Well, that is my opinion. Yours could be very different. And that is okay. There is no right or wrong on the journey to your true nature – it just is. I hope that my letter has provided you with what you needed, and that you enjoyed reading it. Much love to you all Anja xx

The Journey of Self-Discovery This week's writing invitation revolves around the theme of movement—a concept that encapsulates our lives' physical and metaphysical aspects. Many of you may remember that I am a member of Beth Kempton’s Soulstack, which has proven to be the perfect community for my personal growth and exploration. Each Monday, we receive a word prompt that allows us to write freely, fostering a sense of liberation and creativity. Over the past three weeks, I have been immersed in the writing process, completing the manual for one of my courses, "Reiki & Crystals," and making substantial progress on another course, which is now a third complete. Structuring a course involves considerable effort: writing, taking photographs, creating engaging headlines, compiling indices, and numbering pages. Each task presents an opportunity to learn, especially as I prepare for the eventual writing of a book—indeed, lofty dreams and big aspirations. During this time, however, I diverted from writing by engaging in artistic endeavours and more profound inner work, which have become pivotal aspects of my current path. My journey is driven by an urgent need to seek the truth—yet this search has now turned inward. I find myself sitting in stillness, observing my mind, and recognising the thoughts and beliefs that operate on autopilot. In this context, movement signifies my progression towards my authentic self, as I strive to live and breathe my passions. I am gradually paying less heed to the opinions of others, for I have come to understand the profound significance of silence. In that stillness, much can be communicated; indeed, sometimes the absence of words conveys more than a hundred spoken. As I continue along my path toward wholeness, numerous distractions present themselves. Remaining steadfast and avoiding the meanderings into the chaos of life is essential. It is crucial to engage with life without becoming embroiled in it. I envision myself as an observer, like watching a television show, witnessing the characters’ trials and triumphs unfold. Oh, look—my laptop is experiencing a glitch! Will I remain calm, or will I succumb to frustration? Life frequently presents similar challenges, offering lessons in resilience and composure. Inner work facilitates the discovery of our true selves and helps us discern the nature of our beliefs. How often do we blindly accept what we are told without questioning its validity? Consider the narrative of Adam and Eve—does it hold truth for us? Or think back to your childhood encounters with the Tooth Fairy, exchanging a lost tooth for a shiny 50 pence piece. The beliefs we hold about ourselves can profoundly shape our lives. How frequently did you hear disparaging remarks as a child—whether you were labelled as stupid, overweight, or useless? When a child hears that they are destined for failure often enough, that belief may take root. As adults, disentangling ourselves from these long-held beliefs can be a formidable challenge. Despite the effort dedicated to achieving success, success remains elusive without a fundamental belief in oneself. This dichotomy is particularly pronounced for writers, poets, and artists. The struggle lies in writing for joy and creating for pleasure while endeavouring to monetise those passions. Can one make art that emanates from the soul while producing work that sells? Is writing for a broad audience while responding to a more profound calling possible? Perhaps it can be both. I possess the will, yet at times, I find myself lacking the necessary skills. The adage, "You cannot know what you do not know," rings true. Therefore, one must persist, maintain that connection to the chair and commit to daily writing. Regular writing accumulates momentum, moving energy and shifting our perceptions of our beliefs. As the German saying goes, "Es ist noch kein Meister vom Himmel gefallen," highlighting the necessity of dedicating time and effort to achieve mastery. Is all that is required an unwavering belief in my worth, gifts, and talents? Must I relinquish my need for control and show up daily, regardless of circumstances? Movement possesses multiple dimensions, but the most significant advancement occurred when I finally stepped aside and allowed grace to guide my journey. In this trust, I have discovered a sense of purpose and clarity. Thank you for reading, I hope you enjoyed my little essay about movement. Who knew that this word was leading to 750 words spilled onto the page? Much love Anja xx

Reiki and your psychic gifts You might think that you don't have any psychic abilities, but let's take a moment to reconsider that idea. Just because you don't see spirits doesn't mean you lack inner vision. Intuition can manifest in many intriguing forms; think clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience, to name a few. Reflect on any limitations you may have placed on yourself throughout your life, especially during childhood. It's typical for parents, teachers, and peers to dismiss or poke fun at our intuitive experiences, leading us to hide away our gifts. While society is becoming more accepting of metaphysical concepts, many grew up in environments where such abilities were frowned upon and quickly squashed. As you explore your intuitive nature, consider this: Have I restricted or blocked my gifts? Take your time with this question. It might take months or even years to rediscover and develop what you've hidden from the world. Remember, this is a journey, not just a singular event, and you are just beginning to uncover your innate talents. For instance, one of my gifts is reading energy. While I may not see spirits dancing around, I can immediately sense whether your aura is gentle and positive or dark and heavy. Simply by tuning into your energy, I can often gauge how your day has been. During a Reiki session, I perceive energy blocks manifesting as physical, mental, or spiritual discomfort. These are not physical entities but areas of your energy field that may be congested or unbalanced. My intuition plays a crucial role in identifying these blocks, and I have honed this talent over time. Like any skill, it requires dedication and ongoing effort. I also share a profound connection with nature; I can feel the energy of trees, birds, and flowers. This bond enriches my psychic abilities and deepens my Reiki practice. I feel like I am a part of Mother Earth, connecting with the spirit that embodies the power of love and healing across this world and beyond. Can you relate to this experience? Do these words resonate with you? Would you like to explore this connection further? Here are some ways to delve into and expand your psychic consciousness: Heightened Awareness: Keep an eye out for the universe's subtle messages. Be open and attentive—you may notice recurring number sequences, like 11:11 on November 11, which many consider magical. Reflect on what you were thinking at that moment. What might spirit be trying to convey? Nature's Symbols: Pay attention to animals that appear frequently in your life, whether in dreams, photographs, or the natural world. Spotting a hawk, rabbit, butterfly, or hummingbird could indicate a totem or spirit animal guiding you. Research what your animal symbolises metaphysically to gain greater insight into your path. Crystal Connection: Nurture your intuition by exploring the world of stones and crystals. Visit a crystal shop and take your time to select a stone that resonates with you. Once you've chosen, sit quietly with it regularly, tuning into the energy it emits. This practice will help you feel more grounded and connected on your path of self-discovery. Reiki Practice: Make a habit of practising Reiki daily, taking a few moments to connect with energy—whether through meditative practices or sending love to the earth and its creatures. You'll find that by becoming an active part of this world; you feel happier and more comfortable in your skin. This practice will empower you and enhance your sense of control over your energy. Embarking on this journey may be challenging but also incredibly rewarding. Nurture your intuition and watch your gifts unfold.
